Le Jardin Haitian Restaurant

I only stopped in because Pack was closed! So sad because our experience at Le Jardin was not pleasant! First sign of not good business is the server quoted me $5 more for oxtail thinking I couldn’t read menu on the wall? She said something about it being different on the POS, so I asked her to pull it up and it also said $20! The oxtail was actually OK. I also ordered Griot which was so overcooked & DRY! so were the fried plantains! Not sure if usual chef was on vacay but this really wasn’t edible. I ate a few pieces and threw out the order when I got home. Definitely going back to Pack!

I went to this location on new years january 1 2026 and ordered three bowls of soup joumou and turkey complete. Overall the food was ok but nothing spectacular. But overall my experience was bad because there were two hatian guys drunk arguing inside the restaraunt. They were about to fight and all i remember was tables and chairs flipping over and beer bottles breaking in the floor. As a customer it made things very uncomfortable. Im not saying dont go there but just be aware if your surroundings.

Great authentic Haitian breakfast. Had provision with salt fish. It was delicious. Only thing that needs improvement is the place itself that needs an update on its look.

Small hole in the wall Haitian take-out food. Love it. Freshly made to order. Service was great. Beautiful young lady helped me out since I didn't know the plate names. Awww man I love griot. Next is the goat

The food is heavenly. Absolutely amazing. Great quality, good prices and I am always satisfied. I go there often when I am hungry and they never disappoint. I either order the griot plate for $9, I've also had their legume, the turkey tassot, and their chicken barbecue on select night for as low as $5. You would not believe how delicious it is. I live in South and Sometimes I get a craving and I drive an hour to buy the barbecue on Fridays and Saturday nights, that is how good it is to me. They serves it with a spicy sauce and boiled plantains and Oh my God. It is the best food I have ever had. I am absolutely in love.
