Bernie is a teacher and an amazing business man. He does great work and is fair in his pricing. I refer everyone to him and none have been disappointed. His whole staff has amazing customer service skills as well.
We needed to get our taxes done right away as we were in a financial situation. I called the office and asked if we could be seen earlier than our scheduled appointment in February and the gal I spoke with said she would have to get back with me and she Never did. We went elsewhere where they showed a little empathy and compassion for our situation. We have been going to LeFils for 2 years prior to my request this year. We are very disappointed in the front office staff for not following through. I don’t think we will return to them next year.
