Food was pretty good, not the worst I've had but definitely not the best. My thing is that the food was expensive for being quite average in terms of quality. I had some chicken fried rice and it was good but I don't know if I'd say it was worth $15. We ordered ahead and were given a 30 minute wait and after 30 minutes, we finally recieved someone else's order. Luckily, we checked the bag before we left and the person who's order we had had been waiting there for a while too. Imagine waiting so long just for them to give your order to someone else. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes on top of the 30 to finally get our actual order. This is my order that they claimed that I was lying about. The calamari is raw and disgusting, they charged me $16 for an order of pepper shrimp and it was 6 shrimp in the bowl and the entire bag was dirty with pepper sauce. When I called to complained I had to complain to 3 of them and they said I was lying. The last time I order a pineapple chicken fry rice and they sent a regular fried rice and told me to drive back for $2 that they knew it was a mistake and they were gonna call to tell me MIND YOU I LIVE 45min away from them. The customer service here stinks like the rank calamari( IT DOESN’T EVEN LOOK LIKE CALAMARI!) as well as the attitude. EXPENSIVE! DISGUSTING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was recommended by Legend Cookhouse by my co-worker, so my husband and I decided to try their food. We ordered and were given a wait time of 25-30 minutes, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a pleasant smile from the staff and got assistance with our pickup order, which was a sweet chilli chicken fried rice and chicken fried rice. The food had a great temperature and freshness. The price for both foods was pretty good, and I’m happy to say we both enjoyed our dinner together. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in great taste and good presentation when it comes to food preparation. Really good Guyanese Chinese food with amazing flavor. We enjoyed our recommended meal.

The lamb and rice is good. Probably, the best of all the Guyanese cooking in nyc. But the waiting is long when you order. When you order a drink, they never send it. This one time, a couple of weeks later, I ordered lamb and rice, my brother order chicken and rice. They sent some fried fish and fried green plantains. We, me and my brother, went over there and got the money back. They honestly didn't care. They all about there money, weather it's good it bad. A little secret, they have all the workers there without papers. Maybe if they had people over there with papers, willing to work hard, things might be a little different.

Don't order from this place. I ordered 2 Fry rice & half chicken, noodles, & wonton. My food literally had metal shavings in it. Like prices of metal, not aluminum from foil. I called & told them, so they hung up on me multiple times, made me wait on hold. Then started a text message requesting proof. Which was sent. Resulting in nothing. They offered a try of food with me next order; I have no plans of ever ordering again. I requested a refund for the fry rice & they never responded. Horrible service & dangerous food. Don't risk your life.
