Legends Chicken & Waffles

I and friends recently visited this restaurant for breakfast and brunch. The fried chicken was excellent, with a crispy, flavorful skin and well-marinated, spicy meat. The soft, fresh waffle paired perfectly with it. The grits and beef bacon also added great flavor, and we appreciated that all meats were halal. The atmosphere was bright, and the staff were friendly. Free and convenient parking was a bonus. While the store could have been cleaner, and there was a wait due to high order volume, the delicious and reasonably priced food made it a worthwhile experience. It's an excellent spot for a classic-legendary meal.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I used to be a loyal customer, but after today’s experience, I will never order from here again. I placed an UberEats order for chicken and waffles. After my child finished his meal, I began eating mine and discovered a dead, fried bug in my box of chicken. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

It was a pleasent experience, I ordered to go, the staff was friendly and nice. I ordered: ● 10 PCS with 2 sides and 2 Biscuits ● 15 PCS of their spicy chicken wings The Chiken was juicy, fresh and flavorful. The fries was not bad, could be better. The Biscuits was not good at all, was not fresh. You could do much much better. The quality of the Chiken was great, the rest not so much. The service was really slow. The restaurant was not clean to my standards 4/10 Would I come back? Yes, for the chicken but only to go.

The chicken was quite good... and the waffles were excellent. The fruit fountain drink was OK too. The service was fast and courteous, but the vibe was strictly fast food... with bright lighting to match. We dined in between 11pm and midnight. By then, there were straw wrappers, old receipts, and similar litter strewn about the floor and tables. Overall, the food was good and fairly priced.

Ordered the breakfast platter and it was great ! Better value than ihop. Glad I made it out here. Service was good but the place could be a little cleaner. Noticed I came during a rush so no biggie :] Took some food to go and my it was decent. Catfish and mac-n-cheese. Mac and cheese def had a pickle/mustard taste that not really fond of. Catfish was decent. Banana pudding tasted pretty good. Mostly came for the breakfast anyway. Would come back :]
