Lelo's BBQ

Not sure what happened here, but the Cook must have taken the day off. 🤣 The Mofongo was OK. It didn’t have pork rinds or Chicharron because I asked him not to put it because today is Friday. The problem was not there. The shrimps that came with it were either overboiled or nuke so so much that they were brittle. I’m falling apart. The Bacalao and rice and peas was good. That was the other items I ordered. With the new owner ownership I can tell the things have changed at Lelos.

Woooowww! Their food is fresh, high quality, huge portions and good prices! The place is clean and the people are really nice. Excellent arroz con gandules, like straight out of PR!!!! So so so good. Best spot around!

I used Lelo’s bbq catering for my wedding! The food was absolutely delicious! Service was amazing as well. They made the ordering process simple and fast. I had questions that they happily clarified and made sure i had everything i needed for my menu. Definitely recommend for catering!!!

My husband and I have come to Lelo’s BBQ twice already, and the food is absolutely delicious! It’s true Puerto Rican cuisine — full of flavor and cooked with care. You can really tell the team works hard to provide quality food. For us Latinos, especially Puerto Ricans, this place feels like home. The food tastes authentic, and everything we’ve tried so far has been great. The Tres Leches is my favorite — not everyone can make it right, but theirs is amazing! The flan was okay, not my favorite, but still enjoyable. The only thing I’d suggest is turning down the music a little. The speakers are pretty loud, and it can make it hard to have a normal conversation. If they adjust the volume, it would make the atmosphere so much better.
