This is a great spot, pho soup has a lot of nutrients, you can make it spicy if you like, I also like their Chicken Curry Soup and their Rock and Roll Beef, which is a sizzling rice plate with cubed filet mignon.

I tried the pork chop. For me, a big part of the comfort of Vietnamese food comes from the variety of accompanying items—such as egg meatloaf, shredded pork, and other traditional sides. This dish fell short in that regard, consisting simply of a pork chop, rice, and pickled vegetables. Decent Pho place that’s nice and clean. Food is great. Pho broth was a bit too sweet for me for some reason. I had the wagyu bowl and the meat was tender and great, but nothing to write home about. The fresh noodles were the same. I enjoyed everything a lot. Would go again to try other stuff on their menu.

There’s a 20% discount for dining in to the end of September, kind of celebration of the opening. Unfortunately I have to downgrade on this second visit (though it’s my first time at the new location) because the food quality is just average. I had beef stew with rice today thanks to the accommodating staff who let me swap the egg noodles for rice. The soup tastes a bit too sweet, with nothing much else going on. You can't really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The beef is cut way too square, like it came straight from a factory.
