**This place has changed ownership** I’ve gone here for years and it’s always been a favorite until this past weekend. It WAS full of wonderful service, great food and even better bang for your buck. Our last trip was anything but all of those things. It was depressing to see what kind of place it is now. Service was bad, food was smaller portions than before even though the prices have doubled. The picture posted is of one of the orders - a wrap, small, one piece of ham and we left our meal hungry. The drinks, we had to order twice, didn’t come out until after the meal even though it was the first thing we ordered, and they were wrong… they didn’t have most of what we asked for even though it was listed on the newly printed menus. Absolutely bad customer service! I called this morning to place an order for delivery..20 minutes go by and I get a call from the place from the same lady that took my order and she says the delivery person doesn’t know where my address is at. I respond what does she want me to do and she has the audacity to say to pick up my order or cancel it. First off if I was able to pickup why would I ask for delivery in the first place, second how dare she tell me to cancel simply because the deliver person doesn’t know how to find an address!! I still ask her if he can’t look up the directions on his phone or something to which she says his phone doesn’t work ! How is he even allowed to do deliveries if his phone isn’t working or better yet why is he doing deliveries if clearly he doesn’t know his

They were sooo good! I used to order from them every Saturday at work but my past two orders were not great. I feel very bad because it’s the cooks and no one else. Last time, the bread on my BLT it was so hard I was left with pain in my mouth. Now today, I ordered a breakfast platter with bacon and received no bacon and my eggs are leaking all over the container. -1 point because the food is so good but these past two orders were an issue

Overpriced place and not good quality Ingredients! I barely can see the bacon on my 5 dollars sandwich

So far, the best food& cafe place, the staff are amazingly friendly and kind, so welcoming, the prices are super reasonable, a menu full of varieties, this is my spot for sure, never disappoints! Bravo guys, keep it up and see you soon! 👏👏👏
