Mrs. DeVarra Lesane was very friendly and a big help. Her customer service was much appreciated.

Imma give it a 3 cause they were eventually helpful, the struggle was real at first. But they were better than they weren’t. The young nurse who gave me my vaccines was very nice and informative. She made sure she caught me up to everything. They were nice, no wait. But I was a little pissed cause they cancelled my appointment and never called and told me. But once there I was good. They couldn’t put my BC in because they scheduled me wrong and they said the lady who did it wouldnt have enough time to give me more.

We had a great experience! My husband and I just moved to Hinesville, so we didn’t have a pediatrician or insurance yet! Our daughter was due for her next immunizations. The staff was extremely nice and walked us through everything. Honestly, they explained each vaccination better than my daughter’s previous pediatrician. They gave us information about each one. They were so gentle with our daughter! It was a fast and easy process. We highly recommend!

The young lady that works at the small window is wonderful! She answers the phone every time I've called (08/2018) and is so pleasant on the phone and in person! I've dealt with a few other ladies there the past few years and 2 different doctors and NEVER had a problem! Wait times are long to get seen, but I understand with limited space and staff, you can do so much. Thank you ladies!

I called with a scheduling question. The receptionist was not helpful at all. She told me that they close at 2, and that she really didn't know how to help me, as her supervisor was out of the office. (It was noon.) No offer to take a message or anything. Before I could respond she hung up. No "Have a nice day!" or anything. Just a click and busy signal. I tried to call back and got a message. No option to leave a message or to transfer over.
