(Liberty) Kennedy Fried Chicken & Burgers (Halal)

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The staff, especially the person at the counter, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about my order, he snapped back saying, “It’s my store, I can do whatever I want. You want the food or not? Take it or go.” I was shocked by the attitude and complete lack of customer service. The environment felt unwelcoming, and the behavior made it clear that they don’t value their customers at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never return.

This is not an isolated incident. On multiple previous visits, the man at the cashier pressured me to “teach” my mother English, repeatedly commenting on her language ability and attempting to test her by speaking to her in English. This made us uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. On my most recent visit, I’m a minor and went with my friend, I was refused service for not saying a religious greeting. When I explained I was only there to make a purchase, the owner became angry and threw the items in front of other customers. Food is good, but this pattern of intrusive and aggressive behavior is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers.

Check your food before leaving I ordered 3 pc fish and wedges and only received 2 pieces of fish. I can understand the mistake as I changed my order but still did not get what i paid for. The fries tasted of old grease and the fish while crispy on the outside and dry on the ends was barely done on the inside.

After a long day traveling around New York City, used to get off the subway on 111th St. I could smell The fried chicken from a mile away. We ordered 15 pieces with fries and corn on the cob with lots and lots of hot sauce on the side. The food was very crispy and flavorful. We even came back the next day for dessert and more chicken because we couldn't forget about it. Highly recommend the chicken!
