Life EMS of Kalamazoo Inc.

We are highly unsatisfied with their services!! I was in an extreme amount of pain, they were not urgent at all with meeting up with us in a local parking lot! When my husband approached one of the EMTs to ask how much longer it was going to be before we left to go to the hospital, (since I was in so much pain), the EMT responded with "What's up?" So Unprofessional! Also, a couple of EMTs were having a personal conversation while transferring me to the hospital and were using profanity. Again, so unprofessional! We could have arrived at the hospital so much sooner had we just continued driving! There was no urgency with their approach! I would hate to see how they would react to a life threatening situation!

The driver of 659 cared more about their phone and not the rules of the road. Going 35 in a 50 because of them being on their phone. Highly unprofessional.

On Thursday, July 11, a crew of three employees of Life ambulance, transported our mother to Rose Arbor. They were very gentle and spoke to her with compassion and dignity. We are so thankful for your professionalism and service!

Amazing I have never experienced service like we received tonight! Molly ,Bailey & John were incredible. My 98 yr old grandmother took a spill and the care and concern they gave her was went way beyond just job duties. They company should be lucky to have those 3 , I know myself and family were. THANK YOU BAILEY MOLLY AND JOHN FOR WHAT YOU DO.KALAMZOO ALL DAY

They saved my life. I couldn’t breathe. I shat myself in my bed trying to catch a breath. My roommate called 911 and they came. They treated me in my home and got me into the ambulance and gave me double IV bags. The EMT that treated me in the ambulance was very kind and just amazing. 🥲 We got to the hospital quickly and received the treatment I needed. A blood transfusions and other care. I’m seeing professionals on an outpatient basis that are dealing with my issues. I meant to say thank you to the EMT before I was handed off to the ER at Bronson, but I was so out of it I didn’t get chance. I’ve never been in an emergency like that before and I am so beyond grateful for the EMTs that answered my call. Thank you for helping me. 🙏🏽 ☺️
