FIRST THINGS FIRST - Don't come here unless you're serious about putting respect on your tongue. Art at your eyes. Serendipitous oohh-romas. This place here, right here! Yes. I personally suggest cleaning under your fingernails as you're likely to both dig right into the delights and lick your fingers clean. I'm talking about a napkin don't get no love here. No plain Jane anythane. (Spelled like that on purpose). The mango cake was like the fruit in cake form. The pistachio crumb dark chocolate pretty pie of pleasantness was Ooo-oo-weeeee. Take a date here. You'll definitely be helping your relationship go further.

I did an online order off Postmates because I really wanted to try them upon entering I was greeted by the employees despite it being a small cafe it smelled very nice inside and was very clean I definitely enjoyed the peach mango mousse tart it was very delicious not to sweet or overpowering the lemon blueberry tart was pretty good as well I will definitely return when I visit Jacksonville

I come here time to time for a little treat and a tea, but their cakes are where it’s at!! Whenever I want to get a birthday cake that will impress I know light on the sugar will get it right every time. They are reasonably priced for what you’re getting as well. Not to mention the staff is awesome! The girl with the Tanjiro tattoo (the manager I think) is awesome she always makes sure everything is right for me, and the girl at the counter today was such a sweetheart! Excellent goods, staff and atmosphere :)

Light On the Sugar Bakery Café is an absolute gem! I tried a variety of their desserts, and every single one was outstanding. The crème brûlée puff pastry had the perfect balance of crisp, flaky layers with a rich custard center and that satisfying caramelized top. The Ube cheesecake was creamy, subtly sweet, and so unique—it instantly stood out as a favorite. The pistachio dark chocolate tart was decadent and well-balanced, with the nuttiness of pistachio cutting through the richness of the chocolate beautifully. The s’mores puff pastry was pure comfort, with gooey chocolate and toasted marshmallow nestled inside a perfectly baked shell. Wow, we finally checked this place out! I was so happy when I first walked in, the inside was super modern, fresh, and pretty! They have a menu with all sorts of drinks, not just coffee and tea, but a bunch of cool, unique stuff. And the desserts! OMG! I wanted to try everything! They all look like little works of art! We got the crepe cake, pistachio cake, and mango cake. And it's actually not too sweet! Thanks!!! So fresh and delicious! They also do catering, and you can order cakes online.
