Light's Coffee Shop and Pizza

At 7:00 AM, half our wrestling team rolled in craving specialty coffees…not exactly a quiet order. The sole worker on shift was already deep in the breakfast rush, but she handled every single one of us with a smile and zero fuss while chatting with every one of us. Did not feel out of place or a bother after causing chaos. The coffees and chai lattes blew any Starbucks out of the water, the prices were shockingly reasonable, and the presentation looked like something out of a café magazine. We'll absolutely be back after our tournament to work through their entire baked goods menu. Highly recommend!

We were sent here for pizza on evening and decided to try them out for brunch. The place was packed but we found a table immediately. I got a Western Omelet with toast and coffee and my partner got sausage gravy and biscuits with homefries and coffee. For some reason the waitress came over with our order minus my toast with the promise of bringing it right back. She then continued on to clear off a table, grab another order and deliver it. As she walked by us again she remembered my toast, now I hate to sound like a Karen but when I eat eggs I have to have toast. The only eggs I eat without toast is deviled eggs. By the time she came back with my toast my omelet was cold. My partners sausage with gravy and biscuits came with the homefries over the biscuits and under the sausage gravy.

Homefries were great! Little pricey for 2 breakfasts. $40+. Coffee was good, but not for that price. Guess all prices have gone sky high now.

The garlic knots are the best. The spaghetti was delicious and had a good kid's size portion and a large adult size one.

My husband and I have enjoyed brunch here several times this year and everything has been fantastic. The service is always friendly and fast, prices good. The new creative menu options including the Oreo French toast, cinnamon swirl French toast, and other options have been 10/10. The bakery is still what I remember as a child, so the nostalgia factor is there too. Highly recommend!
