Let me tell you, this is the BEST place for energy drinks!! 10/10 every time. The staff are kind & even remember our drinks. It is such a nice break during the workday. Plus you get points for your purchases. House energy, pomegranate/pineapple & 3 shots of bev buzz!!!! Love love love!

Apparently you can’t get blended drinks after 4pm according to the barista working tonight even though I come every single Wednesday at the same time before I go to class and get the same blended drink every Wednesday. I was disappointed and probably won’t be coming back now. I even mentioned to her I get the same drink every Wednesday at the same time and asked if this is a new rule and she replied sorry I already cleaned the blender. Yall just lost one loyal customer over an employee that is too lazy to clean the blender again. 🤷‍♂️

I picked up 2 orders for UberEats this morning. 755am. Line of cars almost reached the entrance of the lot. Dude outside, presumably taking orders. Gal inside, presumably making orders. I think "it's busy as heck, I'm going to be waiting a bit." NOPE! Both orders ready to go! That is THE BEST feeling as a courier. These people rock!

My wife absolutely loves Lil Firehouse Coffee—it’s her go-to spot in Richland! The Matcha is her favorite, and the quality never disappoints. Great service, cozy vibe, and always a solid experience. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a good cup and friendly local charm.
