LIL MARY’S SOUL FOOD

My mom and I went in there right before closing and the customer service was still exceptional. My pork chops (one didn’t make it to the house cause it was so good), Mac, and potato salad was seasoned to perfection and SO GOOD! My mom had ribs and they were falling off the bone. We definitely will be making this new restaurant one of our favorites to eat at! This black owned business is a 10/10 all around! 💕

Overall the customer service was everything for me. Great staff! Ox tails were a little fatty...Collards were on point!...Turkey wings...seasoned well on the skin...but meat unflavored. The potato salad not a hit today. But the lima beans were delicious!! They gave me all these days and times that they'd be opened for breakfast....I showed up..restaurant never opened. Disappointing. I support black businesses wholeheartedly...but your word....is your bond....But im not giving up on them...

I love having this place in my neighborhood! The people were so nice, the smoked/BBQ chicken legs were amazing and collards cooked just right. The price is good considering the portions. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon to try some of their other menu items.

I can't rate on atmosphere and service as I did not pick up. My review is to never down or disrespect a business but only my true opinion. This was my first time as I wanted to try something different. I ordered a bit of stuff to sample. The portion sizes were very good. Mac and cheese, not so good, no flavor. I am unsure if this was freshly made today. I give it a 2/5. Dressing 2/5. Maybe cranberry sauce would have made me eat it. Turkey wings 2/5. Potato salad 0/5, as the potatoes were a bit hard. Lima beans were probably the best thing I ordered 4/5. The keylime cake 2/5. I could tell it was not fresh. The cake itself was a bit dry. Frosting needs a little work, it looked like whip cream. No shade. No disrespect. Blessings upon your business.

Today was my first day eating here!! Man when I tell you I couldn’t wait to get home and just tried the pig feet in my car!! Y’all go try them for real!! It felt like eating my grandma Kats’ and Mary’s’ pig feet!! I’m from Alabama so coming to Georgia and finally tasting food like home was so overwhelming!! I told them if it was good they was gone get tired of me and it’s official; this my new spot so next Sunday or before then; I’ll be back!! This Vee and please don’t get tired of me y’all🤣🤣🤣💙💙🥰🥰😘😘😘
