I’m definitely giving this place five stars. Service was fine. The food was well above average. I can easily say the gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had and there’s no distant second in sight. The peanut butter chocolate mousse was good but it had a lot more chocolate than PB taste. I did notice one review complained about the smell. I think the men’s room was cleaned with straight vinegar. A little weird, but no big deal.
The gnocchi was the standout of all the dishes we tried. It's like an absolute comfort food. The carbonara had a poached egg on top and was slightly more on the peppery side. Additionally the guanciale in the carbonara was super thin like bacon. Usually it should be small thick slice of guanciale. Overall it was decent. We also ordered the bee sting pizza which was really good. For dessert we ordered the Basque Cheese Cake which comes with fresh cream and caramel on top of it. I would recommend to request the server to put the caramel on the side, because I feel the cheese cake in itself had the perfect amount of sweetness but the caramel sauce on top was making it super sweet. The service is really fast and the atmosphere is really cool.
I came here as it was a suggestion from a friend. Came in about a two hours before closing. The menu I received was much different from the website (limited menu closer to closing). Note that there is street parking limited on time of day), however, there is parking towards the back of the restaurant (that is the front of the restaurant, not the rear). The food was okay. Most of the stuff on the menu was fried. The drinks were average as well. I would definitely give this another shot maybe during their early dining hours or lunch to see what other varieties are on the menu. Overall the staff is very friendly and someone inviting.
When there for a New Year’s Eve dinner with friends and the service and food was great. The staff were friendly and the service was fast even with a full restaurant. We had 2 small plates and 4 pizzas for 6 people and it was enough. I highly recommend their arugula pizzas and burrata small plate, simply delicious.
Cute spot with lovely meals. I enjoyed the big meech pizza, but the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not hot at all. The fries were crispy but slightly stale. The fish sandwich was okay. Service was a bit slow, and one of the sandwiches came with a hard bun. We went for brunch on a weekday, and it was not busy. I did not have a reservation. There is a paid parking lot right behind the restaurant; you can enter the restaurant from that parking lot.
