Lima Public Library - Elida Branch

As a librarian I do look at libraries with a more critical eye than most when visting them. This small branch is hands down a favorite of mine. It was built in 2018 and is cozy and elegant at the same time with wonderful staff. Large beautiful plants in the front window are a highlight. Take a trip and you wont be disappointed.

This library is great! Anything I put on hold, I usually get notification it's ready for pickup within a few days. There is a blonde lady at the counter that is SO pleasant and lovely. Always quick to let you know you've got a good book!

I got a library card here recently, and it was a quick, easy process. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. The library is very nice, but small.

The library is nice inside with a small play area for the children. The internet here is very fast but only one spot that I can see for plugging a laptop in. There are desktop computers here available. The book selection is great for the size of such a small library. However there seems to be a radio played quietly that plays a variety of pop songs. Kind've annoying honestly. I miss the old building the library used to be in. But change is change I suppose.

A great library I go there all the time it has a great selection of books Edit: The library building has changed. The old quaint brick building has now been replaced by some new modern architectural vomit. It's completely devoid of any of the character of the old library. Not to mention that all of the books have been replaced.
