Worst costumer service. I had ordered a 5 gallon lemonade for an event, and the lemonade did not taste like the sample I had tried previously. The following day after the event, I returned the full pitcher back, explained the taste to an employee and all I got back was a confused face and a moment of silence. After the moment of silence she called the owner (on speakerphone) and all I got back was mockery, no sympathy, and extreme rudeness from owner and employee. This place proved lack of costumer service and false advertisement. As well, there pistachio ice cream has peanuts instead of pistachios (due to owner saying it’s cheaper than including actual pistachios to the ice cream).

The esquite was not good. In was only elote with mayo and chilli only on top . And superrrrrr watery.. they could have atleast drained some of the water. And it was $7.50 definitely not worth it.

Worse Mexican ice cream shop in town. The customer service sucks. I walked in and was waiting to order. The lady behind the register was mopping and didn’t even acknowledge me. I waited 3 min before I just left as she kept mopping and clearly saw me standing there. So rude not even a hello or how can I help you.

The mangonada is just a frozen cup. The mango ice cream is made out of milk. I don't think they have any water based ice cream. It's a small place with 2 tables where ypu can sit and eat your ice cream but it is pretty enclosed.

Been coming here since I was a kid, probably the best place in SM to get Mexican-style ice cream and paletas. Haven't been here in the last few years so I can't really comment on the customer service.
