I decided to get lunch at Lisa's today because I heard the sandwiches and salads are amazing. I had gotten the chicken alfredo before and just didn't like the pasta sauce. Today, I wanted something different, so I got a mac and cheese with fried chicken. I come home and there are big, sliced, cooked onions on the side of my mac and cheese. And some are mixed in. I didn't ask for onions, so I don't know if it is included in the meal. The smell just opening the container was very disturbing and discussing. Because of the onions, I couldn't eat my food because my stomach started getting nauseous of the smell and the appearance of the food. I tried one mac and cheese noodle and the sauce is just pure nasty. There is no taste or seasoning and they use the big macaroni noodles, which is why the

I will preface this by saying it's always been great. Today was definitely off. I ordered three Chinese chicken salads and I don't know what the dressing was. It was like they use on a sub sandwich. There was no glimpse of a sesame taste or Aisan flare. I am mobility challenged so it was too much to say something as you have to go to a counter. The pastries were spot on. Bill was $65 so no bargain for lettuce and vinegar dressing 😕 I'm sad as the dressing could have made it a winner. Perhaps they were using a substitute as they were out of the good stuff.

We came in for a quick afternoon pastry and coffee. Everything we ordered and ate was delicious. My favorite was the raspberry custard tart. One orders and pays at the counter and then you find a place to sit down, however, I saw a lot of folks just taking their food TO GO. The food items such as breakfast, lunch and salads sound delicious from the menu descriptions. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will come back again if I am in the area. Parking is easy in front of the bakery or nearby

I love this place but I ordered the thai chicken salad and I found this . Its like grease dirt. You know when they clean grills or dirt from counter tops , Or like cement I still ate the salad( half of it) i couldnt finish the whole thing thinking about the stuff i found , I had no choice because I work nights and Cafeteria is close. But hopefully they check on their salad next time . Just a warning.
