Lisa's Family Pizzeria of Medford

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new pizza spot. I looked at a lot of pizza photos in reviews before deciding on this place, and it did not disappoint. I went in expecting to get a cheese pizza, but once inside saw they had slices available, so instead got a slice of cheese and pepperoni so I could try some other items. I do wish they had an appetizer of chicken tenders because that’s all I really wanted, but got chicken tender dinner plate with fries and onion rings. I loved the tenders and onion rings, but thought the fries were just okay. Overall super happy!

I usually enjoy Lisa’s. Tonight I ordered a chicken ranch sub and when we got home the sub had a ton of hot peppers or hot something. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed it but it was very hot and I didn’t order any hot peppers. Mistakes happen but luckily I can handle heat or I’d be upset. Will continue to eat here.

As a local who lives not even 5 minutes up the road I use to love this place but I stopped ordering for months and after a while to give them another chance my food arrives completely cold. I call the owner to let him know and his only option was a discount for the next time? The next time? I won’t be back. The way to handle the situation is to prioritize the order because clearly as a customer I don’t want cold food…… I spent 30 +6 dollar tip on a meal that I won’t even eat. Terrible customer service, will not recommend or return.

We got mozzarella sticks, onion rings, margarita pizza, and a gluten free hawaiian. The onion rings, we got like 8 rings. It was good, but wish they gave more. Mozzarella sticks were solid. The pizzas were very good. My friend said it was one of the best gluten free pizzas she's had. The driver who delivered was so friendly. Would order again!

Hello, I'm a regular customer here, I'm writing this review with one hand, and eating a slice with the other. This became my favorite pizza place since the first slice I had here. The sauce, lord, almost all the places get this one wrong, but this sauce, it's just perfect, I wish I could describe it, it goes perfectly with the cheese they use, which is also delicious. The pricing it's very, very affordable and they have killer daily specials as well. The place looks very clean and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend eating here!
