Little Caesars

So I have not had Little Caesars in over 10 yrs. My Wife wanted their pizza from the Ferguson location, but I accidentally ordered from this location. I went to pick it up because food delivery services are super slow and during winter it's a guarantee your food will be cold. So I love the tracker that l let's you know when to come into the store and get your food. You get an email with a code that you enter into the warming portal and the shelf with your food opens up so you can take it. So I thought that was cool, no one can steal your food and it stays warm. Second surprise, this was the best cheese pizza I have had in years! The Stuffed Crunch Crust was so good, normally I dont like stuffed crust. The wings were so good. I don't know what seasoning they put on those Oven Roasted Win

My grandson wanted pizza from here today, while waiting on the pizza, I notice a hard working young man named Quran. He was very impressed, he wasn't watching to see what other team members were doing, he appear to be focus and concerned about meeting the customers need. I don't know whether he's in management or not, but if not you may want to consider moving him up. A young man with that type of work ethic is rare from my experience. Take care of him Little Caesar, I've been in management over 40 years and very impress with him. Good job Quran!

This location was not taking online orders, so I called this location. I spoke with a gentleman he's took my order for 3 of the pizza with the breadsticks together. I was promised my order would be ready in 18 minutes. When I got there nobody knew anything about my order, They were all just standing around. they said they couldn't make anything for me cuz it was too late. They did not in any way try to make this right, there was no what can we do to compensate you, nothing No discounts to make up for my waisted trip, and they definitely weren't willing to making anything because it was too close to close time for them. If you guys don't want to make pizzas because you close soon in order to make right a mistake on your part, why don't you just close the store early since you're not willin

Never again! You can clearly see it says NO CHEESE! Its always something. Im tired of ppl playing with my food. Since i went vegan its literally always something now. Its definitely intentional atp! Aint no way! Tried calling and going up there. Left a vm and all. No answer and was closed for Monday. Forgot to go back up there with all I have going on. So guess its a loss smh. $12 for a pizza i didnt even get to eat least the vegetarians in the house got to eat it! My other review ig wasnt approved for profanity. Im grown and ppl shouldnt be playing with ppls food and money!!! Extra sauce but you see not one drop of red sauce. They did whatever they wanted with this pizza literally!

After waiting almost 2 hours, with multiple delays. My order was cancelled! Prior to the cancellation I attempted to call the driver directly via the number provided in the app. No one picked up. After calling the store the customer service rep told me he wasn't in the physical store, after saying he was in Jennings. He transferred me only to be left on hold. Currently its been 35 minutes and last time I checked my money hadn't been refunded!! This location is typically slow, poor customer service (while calling) and I had several orders that didn't have my beverage. After this I can't spend my money there anymore!
