Little Caesars Pizza

The days of little Caesars being fast and convenient are over. This location is an absolute time vampire. Maybe a total of 5 cars in the parking lot and 2 pizzas took about 50 minutes. I could've placed and picked up a Papa John's order 3 times by the time they accomplished 1 order. Place has some serious time management issues.

Upon picking up my order I hear 2 employees saying my last name off the box order. And making jokes about it. I understand it's not a typical last name but regardless this is unprofessional and disrespectful as I've ever seen. After speaking up and saying that it was my order the employees walked right back into the back of the store, leaving the manager up front. Nothing was said no acknowledgement or apology. I just took my food and left. That will be the last time.

Hot ,& ready pizza for pick up, NOT this location in Cabot they only had cheese pizzas ready had to wait for pepperoni to get done, Not to mention that none of their Serve Safe qualified personnel were even working this shift. So who's to know what ur even getting in the first place. There should always be at least 1 of them on each shift period. I will not be back again to this location to buy anything else, not even a soda, PERIOD.......

Horrible experience today 9-11-2025. Was advised that the hot and ready wings that I ordered were not ready and would be ready in 15 minutes. I totally understand the delay. However the 15 minutes was not exactly the truth. After 25 minutes of waiting I was told that they are not ready yet and to appease me I could get an order of other stuff that I did not order. I advised that I did not order the other stuff due to I did not want it and would go in the trash. After a way too long of a wait the so called manager on duty told me that the GM would be in tomorrow to assist. I asked if I need to be here for the assistance and was told no. The personnel told me that they would make it up to me on a later date. I will keep you posted. Customer expectation was not met at all. Thanks.

Prices are good but normally there's a wait instead of Hot N Ready as they are typically out of cheese and pepperoni pizzas.
