Little Caesars Pizza

I hate seeing all these negative reviews it leaves me super confused because we've had nothing but excellent customer service since this place opened!!! LITERALLY some of the nicest people in this town. I won't even go to other restaurants because the employees are so rude around here, but every single time we go to Little Caesars they go above and beyond and they are always super super sweet and the food is always good. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND ALWAYS BEING SO NICE. We come here a lot and we have never had a bad experience, not once.

Bought a hot and ready at around 2:00 pm. (The only one left in the warmer.) Arrived at home to find a dried up pizza, with a time tag of "9" I assume 9:00 am. I had another visit in which I had ordered and paid for online, to include a garlic dipping sauce. Arrived to find they were out of the sauce, but did not have the ability to refund me for it. I may be done with this store.

First off the pizza was pretty good and the wait was only about 10 minutes. Only issue I had is when I asked for cheese and peppers I was told they don't carry that... I was confused cause every other Little Caesars I've ever been to always has red pepper and Parmesan cheese you can get to Go. But anyway I then asked if I could have some napkins and maybe paper plates? I was told No, we don't do that.. I responded "you guys don't do what? Napkins?" So all & all my experience wasn't to great, I bought a cheese pizza & a pepperoni pizza and to be honest the cheese was way over cooked the pepperoni was good. I really like little Caesars so I'm very disappointed with this visit I will definitely be going to a different location next time that forsure

For opening day was a really good time for me because my wife loves little Caesars I mean who doesn’t. I was a little nervous at first to be honest because it was opening day and I know it gets a little hectic for businesses. However, they’re opening day was a really good time for me. I put the order in waited for about 3 to 4 minutes and it came out super hot and tasted really good. The staff on hand, even though they were training did a really great job and were very kind if they keep this up they definitely will have me coming back.

Love having this as a pizza option but every time I order using the app it's always a good 10-15 minutes late.. I've scheduled specific pickup times for orders to get the pizza to birthdays on time & each time it's never done when it's scheduled to be done. I've always given multiple hours of notice to avoid this & still they come up short each time. To top it off the employees are not friendly & are never apologetic. Why have scheduled pickup times if they don't honor them? It's super frustrating and honestly not worth the money I'm saving.. I'd rather pay more for Dominos if it meant I'd get my pizza at the agreed upon time. Time is money people.
