Little Caesars Pizza

Yup... had to try it again. I went here some months ago and i did not have a good experience. (I'll explain the main factor below). So i advertisement s and thought, that'd be great for lunch.... Not so much. Service is good for any walk-up counter. Nothing over the top of memorable. No smile even 😂 I'd even say the cashier acted like he was the victim in the situation lol. The place was clean. cleaner than most waiting areas at Caesars.. So that's a plus. But it gets your hopes up.. . BIGGEST factor both times?? The food i received was just OLD !! Like so old it should've been on social security ! i did not ask for fresh or check the box before leaving... i should've known better. HOWEVER... They know when they put it in there, (like other fast food places) and know when it should be

I will say worst customer service I’ve ever received. I always get my pizza in Chattanooga so I never checked the location when I ordered my pizza. I noticed it was ordered in cartersville in GA. I called to cancel and get a refund on my pizza. However, I called to cancel and the woman had no patience, interrupted me when I talked and I was trying to explain. Then told me I have to cancel online if ordered online, which you can’t do. Anyways I was on the phone for only 15 seconds and she hung up on me. It sounded like she was busy and is understandable and if she could not get to me at that time just say would you mind calling back. But no I was on the phone for 15 seconds, was told to do something I can’t do, and hung up on. It was only $12 so you can keep it. First ever review Ive done

I have no complaints... If you're ordering from Little Caesars, you know not to expect top notched Italian cuisine... It's a quick meal to hold me over on the days where cooking isn't an option... I know what I'm getting... And the price point is very reasonable. That's it. Unlike some of these fast-food, burger joints will serve some disrespectful old slop to you for a MUCH more elevated price point, having you angry enough to fight...lol... I personally have never experienced that with Little Caesars... I know what I'm getting and I respect that.

This location serves pizza RIGHT! I had it delivered, it was fresh and hot! It was neat inside the box. The price, taste and delivery was exactly what we needed for a Sunday football night. This location is now my go to for pizza. I am trading it in for Mellow Mushroom...sorry. But Little Caesars earned that spot tonight, so at least my food was good, while my football lost unfortunately.

I normally order ahead and have a wait even when it's hours in advance. Recently I tried to just show up and get a hot and ready cheese or whatever they had cause I was tired of ordering ahead just to wait anyways..... As expected I was told there was a wait with 0 customers in the drive thru and 0 people inside. They handed me a little thing to let us know when it would be ready. A "little" wait is 5 - 10 minutes. It was well over 30 minutes and I ended up just leaving. I stop here and get food because it's an easy snack for the ride home for two hangry kids after daycare. This place SUCKS at everything. Customer service. Speed of service. Everything. The first nice person I dealt with was today and I still didn't even get my food because I couldn't keep waiting. 😭 And yes I did check
