Little Caesars Pizza

In a town full of good pizza places it's hard for Little Caesars to shine. Service was fast and friendly. You'll have a hard time finding a cheaper pizza. Great for feeding large crowds. The pizza at Little Caesars is just average for me.

I ordered mine online 20-25 min out from the store. I get there and am told it'll be another 10-15min so I park. After watching multiple people that came after me get their food I go in to find my food is ready but apparently nobody can bring it out. The only plus side is the food was decent. Crappy service....

Ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza for the entire office for lunch. Received a regular crust pizza with pretzel salt not even around the edges, more like 2 inches down the pizza. Obviously we ate it and picked around the problem bits because we paid for it and didn't realize the error until we picked it up and brought it over to the office and dont exactly have an alternative food option today. Crazy bread was fine. Don't have time or energy to go back and request a refund on the pizza. Overall, terribly disappointed. Will definitely be checking the box if there's a next time, because I drove 20 minutes one way to pick up this order in the first place. Unlikely that I'll be back anytime soon. I'd recommend for around here sticking with the local small pizzeria's moving forward like Elizabet

I purchased their pepperoni cheese puffs and I picked them up via drive through after submitting a mobile order. They were very deformed looking unlike the past. Well I consumed 3 of them with no issue and they all were ok u til the last one. After I picked it up and as I’m about to bite into it, there’s a long hair on top of it, completely Grossed out. I was maybe 2-3 miles away on king mtn road and trying to keep my blood pressure from rising, I just threw the box out the window with the hairy puff. Would have been a waste of my time going back explaining this long black hair(have short hair) in my food after consuming 3 already with no hairs. I’ll Uber come to this location again. I used to work for these people back in high school in 1996 and never had hair in peoples food. Apparently

I ordered a simple pineapple pizza and cheese bread. My order came cold and barely cooked. I also paid for salsa that they left out. Collinsville Little Ceasars needs to get it together. Noone wants their food cold.
