Little Caesars Pizza

This is the most awful experience I have ever had at a Little Caesars ever. First off the young lady that took my order was especially rude. Very unpleasant seem to have a nasty attitude or just did not want to take my order after I’m paid for these greasy smashed half cooked Philly cheesesteak puffs she did not wait to give me a receipt or anything. The manager asked me did I want my receipt and I replied. Yes the manager seemed to be neutral but something is definitely wrong at this little Caesars/gas station Sunco establishment. I’m thinking maybe the food inspector needs to come by there and the staff definitely needs an evaluation and training in Customer Service as well as common courtesy lessons! Never again will I ever as long as I have breath in my body go to this establishment ag

The Cumberland Ceasers is very inconsistent, depending who is working and time of day. This last order was the last one I will get from that store. I ask for no seasoning on my pizza, and of course they put it on. The girl said she’d remake them, but instead it looks like she tried to “wipe” it off. Disgusting. Would it be so difficult to remake the little puffs? Was it just her being lazy or vindictive? Either way I won’t return there after 8 years of being a consistent customer.

The past Ownership / managers had it good where it was before. Entirely new staff all through. Old staff were AMAZING, best people through and through to trust with your food and business. Pizza hasn’t been cut or isn’t cut right at all. I don’t even know what’s going through the mind when whoever is cutting the pizza , like it’s complete different sizes 😂. Pretzel crust tastes flavorless and chewy. Needs buttered like before. LC used to have a relationship with the town. Take what you will. And my photos of the pizza are quite accurate with the lines fyi. I wouldn’t say something just because. Hope it gets better 🤷🏽‍♀️

Edit: I was contacted by the operating partner and they made it right. I bumped up my review a bit. Good on you guys What the heck is this little Cesar’s. This is absolutely inedible and disgusting.

Honestly, how do you put that in a bag and serve it to anyone? Customer service on a whole different level.
