Little Caesars Pizza

The lady waiting on us wasn’t very helpful, we had 30 minutes until they closed and she told us it would be difficult to make the Detroit style pizza with breadsticks. Very rude and seemed annoyed with their job. The worst part we are looking around waiting on our food and the man comes up and bangs the table at us to get our food like we didn’t see him. We got the manager involved. We were not pleased with the service here at all. Do not come here unless you want to be treated like a fool for wanting a pizza 30 minutes before they close.

I’m using my husbands account to write this review. I wouldn’t recommend going to this little Caesars. They move very slow, and this is the second time my husband ordered in advance and was stuck waiting there for a whole hour just to get our pizza. It is ridiculous and I’m confused on how they’re even still open with how bad their reviews are. I will never recommend this little Caesars. As long as it takes them to make the pizza you might as well go to another little Caesars instead of wasting your time waiting. If the employees can’t make pizza In a timely manner to keep their customers happy and get them out the door, maybe they should stop working there.

The past two times I ordered here, everything was completely overcooked. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now that it's happened a second time, I will not be coming here

The ownership of the Little Caesars that reopened after a couple years of being closed in Dillsburg is a 1 out of 5 stars. Always issues with the pizza portal. Never apologize for delays on error issues with ordering. They think a pretzel crust pizza is the same crust, but with pretzel salt on it. They also thought my burnt in the middle pizza was in good condition and I should not have gotten a better pizza. I tried them right when they opened and it was a horrible experience. I chalked it off to trying to get used to running a little Caesars because it didn’t look like anybody knew what was going on inside the store, months later they still don’t know what they’re doing.

Multiple times this facility has been horrible. Incident #1 In February I placed a Mobile order at 9pm got a text at 9:10 it was ready for pickup got there at 9:12 AND THEY CLOSED EARLY but left my pizza on the counter (noted they close at 9:30 at the time) went back the next day and apparently their employee left without telling management. Incident #2 I went to go pick up my pizza and the employee did not wash her hands after handling money. When I called them out the RUDE manager said that he saw her “wash her hands” when she in fact did not. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
