Little Caesars Pizza

I saw the commerical for the crazy puff bites and thought I would try them out. Trust me, get nothing else off the menu but the bites. The pizza was horrible and the crazy bread was soggy. Plus, it took multiple times for the staff to get my order to me. I will say that the employee working the counter did an excellent job. He managed the situation at the front counter with numerous orders being placed back to back. Other than that, not much to gloat about. This isn't the Little Caesar's of the 80's and 90's. No good deals at reasonable prices anymore. You get what you pay for. Furthermore, this location is a beacon for all those who crave a stressful night. The parking is terrible and the strip mall is incredibly busy. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Cheers! 🍕

This was the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. I ordered the pepperoni cheese puffs. When I got the order, I looked inside and they were full of grease and the box was soiled. I asked if they could remake them because they were so greasy. I was told that it was some kind of butter they put on them. I said ok, well can you make a new order for me without so much oil? I was told they always come out like that. I asked for the manager and the guy said he was the manager. I still insisted on them giving me a less greasy cheese puffs. He hands me a order that had been sitting in a box. The cheese puffs were so dry, it looked like it had been sitting in the back for several hours. So he offered this to me and I said you have to be kidding. He was like you either take these or keep the one

Placed an online order about an hour ahead. I arrived to pick up about 5 minutes early. Staff said my order was almost ready. Waited about 10 minutes. Staff tells me again that it's almost ready. My name appears on the pizza portal, but no pizza is there. It's another 10 minutes before they finally finish my order.I get home and part of the order is wrong. Staff never bothered to offer any reason why the order took so long nor did they apologize for the delay. They were rude about my frustration at their poor communication and service.

I got some pizzas delivered to my job and it came with mold in my crust. I called the store to get a replaced pizza or refund and the lady on the phone was very rude. I asked for a supervisor and she told me that there wasn’t one in. I asked for her name so that way when I called back to talk to the supervisor I could tell them who I spoke with but she refused to tell me their name. She also then let me know that the pizza bread was made daily and I said “if it was made daily there wouldn’t be mold in it” she then said “I don’t know how there is mold” I then responded “so your telling me that you don’t know how there is mold in my pizza” and she responded yes. Don’t eat there unless you want mold in your pizza! Picture below shows it and where my child noticed it.

I cant recall the last time I was treated with such disrespect. I ordered 4 crazy bread w/ sauce(granted not a large order. $16 or so.)to help out some folks in need, Paid with my card, slipped the "manager" $10 cash tip which another customer and I both watched her pocket..she put the pile of orders on the counter and i asked for a bag. I was told I cant give you a bag. I'll pay for it? No. May I have a box? No. I'll buy it? "No, theres no button on the register to take cash". Is there a button on the register to show the cash you just took? Ducked in the back, refusing to come back out. Had another employee give a used black hefty bag. No one was giving up names. No store #. No corp#. I used to eat there 3 times a week. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
