Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a mobile order tonight, arrived after it said it was ready, then waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes, drive through worker said they lost my order and to wait inside or drive back through later. Waited inside and informed cashier which order was mine, sat around for 20 minutes before asking again about the progress of my order; it had been ready for minutes but wasn't labeled, so they forgot to actually give me the pizza until I asked. I understand there's a long wait time tonight and that it's a little Caesars, but this was insane. Have had bad luck with this location in the past year.

Called in pizza. Was told would be 25 minutes. Arrived and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. No problem. Others had been there 45 minutes. As I came in there was a gentleman who ordered after I got there. I waited and about 45 minutes later the guy who ordered after I got there got his and left. I went back up and asked about my pizza. They had no idea about it. About 10 minutes later they found it in the hot box. They gave it tome without an apology or anything. They were .ore worried about door dash and Uber deliveries than the customers in the store. Finally got the pizza which was no hot due to hold time in hot box. I Was Told I Had To Order My Lunch Special On Line After Making My Order There Several Times...The Attitude And Demeanor Was Terrible And They Didn't Serve Me As A Customer, They Said Go To The Drive Through And Make My Order After Working A 12hr Shift?? For There Convenience???? AGAIN SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!

I went to this location today and it was super busy and they told everyone a 30 to 40 minute wait or longer Customers were rude like you wouldn't believe .There was a young man working there that had on a white jacket he was tall with curly hair I didn't get his name but no matter how much money he makes it is not enough.He deserves a raise an award ceremony some applause a trophy and possibility a parade .I have never seen anyone treated as badly as he was treated respond with such grace.He did his job and never let anything change his attitude. He smiled he listened he did everything he could to take care of the customers.He was impressive.You are fortunate to have an employee like him

What a busy night. The staff was working their tails off, getting those pizzas out tonight. They are a great team. Give them all a raise.
