Little Caesars Pizza

I have lived in the area for 5 years… never even thought about Lil Caesar’s until these crazy puffs came out and it’s my weekly fix…. Every week I go into the Locust Grove location there is always this very nice lady that greets me every single time….. my food is hot always fresh. Her customer service is amazing and I’m always greeted with a smile no matter how busy it is…. I told her she made me wanna work there… I believe she is the manager. Highly recommend….

The pepperoni pizza was dry and it had NO sauce. The customer service tonight was absolutely horrible. I sent my teenage son inside to pick up our order and he was ignored. So, I went inside and two of the three employees working were on their cell phones- including the guy in the back and the girl at the front counter with her BACK to the customers. -no masks -no manners -no greeting And dry, sauce-less pizzas (with a warm 2liter) for $20. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ll always love a good Little Cesar pizza, but customer appreciation makes it even better. The place didn’t even open until 11, but Google Maps said 10:30am. It also said it was “busier than normal” (with no one there!?). I was greeted (no smile) & my pick-up order was filled (5 pizzas). That’s it… “Next !?” I had to confirm that the order was correct…on then I was on my way. The “wet floor” sign was out, but no evidence of wetness. Anyway, no biggies, but just the little things that count for me !?! 🤔😳🤩😁

Manager is so rude. She gets on everyone nerves, it’s almost like she fishing for negative reactions. I’m not too sure how she’s still around. Food is basic. Griffin is better
