Ordered through the app. Followed the instructions on the app - it tells you when it's ready for pickup and gives you a pin. It was fast and easy. Not sure where the negative reviews stem from.
I'm guessing they don't take big orders over the phone. I was trying to make an order of 6 pizzas and they first said they couldn't hear me and then after conformation of my amount of pizzas they would hang up. Couldn't they just tell me they didn't take orders over 1 pizza instead of hanging up 3 times?
Order my pizza Long and asked how much longer a employee said I don’t know
