Little Caesars Pizza

I found a long black hair underneath my pizza. I called and spoke with the manager and who was very rude. I was struggling to find the order number, as I never received a confirmation email after ordering delivery directly through the website. She was rushing me the entire time after I had kindly asked her to give me a moment to find the order number. She expressed to me that she is unable To issue a refund with without the order number, when she had only given me about 15 to 20 seconds to look for it. She said she had other customers to take care of. Again, she barely gave me anytime to look for the order number. After finding it she just said “your refund has been issued.” She didn’t confirm the amount, whether it was partial or full, until asked. She also never even apologized for the g

The cashier seems confused and like she doesn't know what she is doing. Make sure to confirm your order before paying to make sure they got it correct. I asked for two pizzas and she was charging me for one. I made sure to confirm it was two, and I had to go inside to pick up my order, and she was still trying to give me one 🙄

Grew up in Richardson and I’ve ordered at this Little Caesar’s plenty of times. I stop by to bring pizza to my child daycare pretty often. Today I was already at the window when I saw the sign at the window saying to please order at the drive-thru speaker. As I read it the lady passed by once and then again to open the window. I told her oh I’m sorry I just saw the sign and she responded that I needed to place my order this way and go back around. I was a little taken aback. Especially since I’m already there and this little Caesar’s just got this speaker. So I asked can I place my order here since I’m already here? And she responded that I needed to go back around and place my order this way. So I go back around hesitant because I have an hour lunch and I’m trying to take pizza to my chi

The pizza dough might as well be one atom thick in places (see pictured) - so thin that the cheese and pepperoni just slid off the pizza slice on a part of it when picked up. The price has gotten much higher over time and the quality has dropped significantly at the same time. Pizza is a lot saltier than it used to be, it feels like the company is trying to make up for the lack of quality by just adding more salt.

Took 40 minutes to prep my pickup order, but the staff was really nice and the pizza was steaming hot. The kids loved it
