Little Caesars Pizza

We ordered about 2 months ago online. Waited about 45 minutes. Went picking up and the older male employee, was not greeting anyone, running around stressed. People were waiting. When I asked for my order, he said it was canceled so they didn’t have all the ingredients. I said how come I didn’t get an email or a call. He exclaims, we don’t have your phone number. He printed out my receipt to show it was fancied and not charged. Lo and behold there was my phone number on the receipt. I called spoke to the manager as he made me feel like belittled and o well. She did give out next order for free and it was good. We’ve went back 2 times and the food has been maybe 3 out of 5. But the crazy puffs is what saved the orders because they have been good. Tonight they had us waiting on our food for an hour, wasting our time, and the time of 2 door dash employees who drove to pick it up because in the end they canceled it due to not having ingredients. They didn't contact us about this when we ordered. While literally less than a month ago I ordered delivery, asked them not to ring the doorbell, and they proceeded to have the driver put the food on the ground, and leave it there with no text or knock. I didnt notice my food was out there till it was almost cold. That's ridiculous. The few times we have done carry out in the last year may have also left us waiting for 30-45 minutes at a time, but at least they didn't throw our food on the ground and charge us an extra $20 for it, I guess.

We get delicious pizza and breadstick every time.😋 I just need to be patient when they’re busy.😁

Love their pizza especially this location!!!! Staff are great and for the most part you dont wait more than 15 minutes at least in my experiences there

I recently moved back six months ago to Ridgecrest. When I lived here several years ago, little Caesars pizza was awesome. You could put in an order and pick it up and under 20 minutes. As this is my fourth order from this location, and having the same exact problem, I felt I needed to share. Four times in a row we have put in an order several hours in advance. I didn’t put an order in today to be ready at 6:05 PM. I showed up at 6:30 as I had a feeling as usual it would not be on time. I was correct. I showed up at 6:35 PM and they had not even started making my order. I canceled my order and received a refund. We just aren’t gonna be going back. You might be saving a few dollars by going here but it cancels out with the frustration of showing up to pick up an order to feed several peop
