Customer Reviews
I ordered a pepperoni pizza. It took them over two hours to deliver. I was asleep when they did deliver and the pizza was horrible. All the pepperoni was all curled up and crispy. I called management multiple times and they promised me a refund which they didn’t do. I had to call my bank and report them. The pizza was cold the pepperoni dried up and they charge my card twice. I have called Little Caesars at least four or five times and I’ve talked to management and was told I would be refunded but they’re not following through. I’m not hearing from them nor do I have a refund as well as their double charge. I always loved little Caesars, but I’m seeing that they’re not reputable.
This place has great prices and new items often. The staff are friendly when I order in person. I do not recommend ordering for delivery because so many times the pizza shows up very overdone! When we pick up in person, it is essential to double check before we leave to ensure the pizza isn't overdone. When I say the pizza is overdone, I mean the cheese is black and crunchy! I'm sure it's not intentional to send out burnt pizzas but it's not cool. Do you know when it's like when a bunch of hungry children open their pizza boxes and see black cheese? My kids have cried multiple times. So, I strongly urge you to order in person and double check your pizza.
First time ever trying their pretzel crust and honestly pretty impressed. Nothing too fancy, but they got my order right and kept it hot and ready for pickup. Cashier was really nice as well. Little Caesars has really stepped up their game lately!
I love Caesar's. IMHO, best pizza for the money. I wish there were more branches AND restaurants! Being able to eat there would be nice. Apparently the one in Grey's Harbor you can do that, and it has games! I'm usually able to eat their pies by myself, whenii get it, the ingredients are fresh, the crust is tasty with the just the right texture and moisture (for the dough).
The pizza was good as well as fresh and hot, however I am really disappointed that they didn't have the pretzel pizza as an option like other Little Caesars do as a pepperoni or sausage pretzel pizza is the pizza I really wanted. Also we had a bit of trouble placing our order online, had to enter the order like 4 times before it finally successfully submitted.
