Little Caesars Pizza

CHECK YOUR PIZZAS AT THE RESTAURANT BEFORE LEAVING. Ordered an ultimate supreme, a pepperoni/jalapeno, and cheese pizza. All three were badly made and lately the hand tossed crust is looking more like a thin crust. I called the manager asking if they can either remake the pizza or give me a refund. Manager made the pizza but when I picked it up you can tell there was a little bit of attitude from the staff. They need to stop making the hand tossed super thin like it's a thin crust. Not sure if they need to retrain someone or do some quality checks.

Ordered at 6:05pm said ready by 7:15 got there at 7:20 and was told it could be 8 before I get the pizza. Its 3 pepperoni and 2 crazg breads. Then as the guy was walking in the back he sounded upset as he said something like. because everyone wants to order online like they dont know what it taste like. Idk what that means but dont make it sound like its our fault for little Caesar is the cheapest and suppose to be quick but I even do doordash and never get out of the store less then a hour after it says the pizza is ready. How can yall have a giant oven with 3 slots and can barely make 3 pizzas an hour like what. Get your employees to grow up and quit playing and singing and dancing like the orders don't matter! Ordered online today around 11:15 to pick up at 12:15. Went in at 12:30 to pick up and one of my pizzas they did not have in stock so they wanted to sub it for something else and it would take 10 minutes longer. They had my email and my phone number! Why was their no call or email as soon as they saw my order instead of waiting for me to show up????? Where is the zero star button!!!!!

Extremely slow service. I ordered on DoorDash and I feel so bad for the driver. An hour they have to wait just for them to make 1 plain pizza what kind of place is this? Shutdown until you can get more workers and or additional locations. Nothing hot n ready about this place at all. I could have drove to the grocery store and back popped a frozen pizza in the oven and had it done faster, cheaper, and oddly enough more convenient.

Don’t bother ordering online/ ahead of time. Ordered multiple days in advance for a 11:30am pick up. Got to the store 15 mins late, and they hadn’t even started yet. Told me it would be another 30 minutes, making the order nearly an hour behind. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they’re not even going to attempt to have it done on time?
