Little Caesars Pizza

Worst experience ever. Order a Detroit style with stix online was given an option to track with a code but never changed from received order status. Mind you I placed the order at 7:44 said ready by 8:07. Went in guy left and said someone would be right with me but no one came out, until there was a line she helped the last person to come in even though there was 2 of us before this lady and her kid. By this time its 8:20pm. Told her my name and order she went to the back. The lady came back gave me a my order took her about 3 mins to make sure I paid even though I showed her the receipt being paid. The pizza I received looks old and was cold a waste of time and money. Threw it in the trash.

I was always a fan and regular, but now I'm done with Little Caesar's. There is not a restaurant or food on Earth that is worth being screamed at, argued with, interrupted, and gaslit to get. Let me paint a picture for you: • You order a specialty menu item. • The pizza you received is not what you ordered. You're not mad about the pizza because you expected this to happen and had already accepted that you would be waiting longer. You flag down an employee and you calmly try to explain that your pizza was not made correctly. • Julio, reeking of marijuana, interrupts you to tell you that it was made correctly. • You reiterate that it is not, showing the picture and description of what you ordered. • Julio begins to loudly argue with you, continuing to gaslight you about your incorrect

Waited 2hrs, we never got our food. Still haven’t received a refund. No one answers the phone either. Update: I finally went for a refund. The manager refused to come to the counter. The employee REFUSED to give me a refund. It took 30 minutes of back and forth. Never again!

what is this first they forgot half of my order then they give me 3 disformed crazy breads dont even talk to me

Hour wait, raw pizza. In picture, one cooked, one not. Not answering phone. Not going back.
