Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered doordash and online little Ceasar's website is a little misleading when it comes to ordering a deep dish supreme pizza. I did not receive the order from doordash that I wanted and called this location. A young lady by the name of Angie said that she would correct the order. I came in and brought back the pizza that was delivered through doordash and angie had a fresh supreme pizza ready for me to go. Her service was prompt and I appreciate her for clarifying the situation when ordering a supreme deep dish online. Please remove that picture of a supreme deep dish as it can be misleading when it comes to the price especially if you have to order additional toppings for it to be considered supreme. The starting price is for a regular deep dish and not a supreme. It is deceptive.

I hope the next time I order here the person cutting the pizza is having a better day. I order here a lot so not cool to have a butchered pizza. I know this is a trend online to piss people off.

Writing to describe my experience with the employee on the left. At 3pm on 1/27 I arrived to get my online pickup order. He insisted they never received the order, so he had me verify the number and address. It was correct, he moved on to assume someone else picked it up already. Not a possibility. I didn’t share my code with anyone. Then he assumed I stole the first order and was there to force them to remake it. He had me wait 30 min for the remake, throwing in comments about how I was getting a 2 for 1 deal and how I should enjoy my stolen food. He threatened to call the police and I urged him to do so because at this point he was harassing me for picking up my order. I’ve never experienced someone so unapologetically unprofessional. I normally don’t have any problems with the pizza here at all, but tonight is my last night ordering the pretzel crust!!! My pizza came dripping in grease! I have ordered the pretzel crust plenty of times before and didn’t ever have an issue, idk what happened tonight, but not ever again! 😒

I come here often because of convenience but this location is not great. The food tastes fine when it's right. Most times something come done wrong
