Little Donkey Mexican Restaurant

This is my first time going to Little Donkey and I thought it was awesome. The house margarita was perfect along with chips and salsa. I also had the carnitas and fish tacos and both were one of the best I’ve ever had. We had the chicken enchiladas as well which was a large portion and tasted great. Service was superb. We’ll definitely return!

Drive past Valley Post every week for work and enjoyed watching the development come to life. My wife and I visited Little Donkey today for a late lunch. Incredible experience. Our server, Kimberly, was so knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. Food was unique and delicious. We will definitely be visiting Little Donkey at Valley Post again soon.

Excellent first experience at the new Little Donkey. Wife called inquiring on happy hour specials and Eli, who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Outdoor dining was great with heaters above the tables. Michael, our sever was great and Eli made an appearance to welcome us. Queso with beef brisket burnt ends and house margaritas were solid. Definitely going back again!
