🚗 Parking & Access – Little Horse Trail Finding the trailhead is straightforward—right off Highway 179 south of Sedona, only a few miles from Uptown. The lot is clearly marked, easy to pull into, and gives you direct access to the trail without a long approach walk. The challenge comes with availability. The parking lot is on the small side and often fills up quickly, especially during weekends, peak season, or midday hours. It also serves hikers heading toward Bell Rock and connecting trails, so it gets busy fast. When we passed by in the morning, the lot was already crowded, which shows how quickly it can fill—plan your timing accordingly. A Red Rock Pass (daily, weekly, or annual) is required to park here, or you can use an America the Beautiful annual pass if you already have one. P
