Little Italy Restaurant & Pizza

After seeing a review on Facebook from Baldy Eats, we had to come and check out the place. Came last night for a early dinner. The owners son-Sal treated us warmly upon entering and took care of us while we were there. We started with the Anti-Pasta salad, and it was pretty good. We took about half home, so we had room for the pizza. We tried the "loaded pizza, do not remember the actual name. Pizza had a great undercarriage, and was very tasty. Salad was very friendly and conversational, and we enjoyed talking with him. We will be back to try some other items on the menu.

Found this place last night and absolutely loved it, food was all great! The owner was super nice, my husband got out of the car first to make sure they were still open and told him he has a bunch of kids and as soon as we all walked in the owner put the movie Pets on for my kiddos. This is a family place that made me feel comfortable, so comfortable that our 4 yr old kept showing him her “handstand”. 100% reccomend!

drove from Boynton Beach East to Lake Worth to try Little Italy Pizza after hearing the owner used to run a pizzeria in Brooklyn. When someone brings New York pizza roots down here, expectations go up immediately. The trip was worth it. The pizza had the things most Florida places miss. Proper crust with structure and light char. Thin but strong enough to hold the toppings without folding into a greasy mess. The sauce tasted balanced and fresh. Not overly sweet like a lot of places try to do. The cheese baked evenly with those golden spots you want to see. The pepperoni had the classic cup and crisp. Mushrooms tasted fresh instead of canned. Every bite had that simple New York style balance between crust, sauce, and cheese. What stood out most was the crust. That is where real pizza sk

Discovered this spot today and was pleasantly surprised with the pizza and staff. The crust was so crispy with the perfect amount of chew and the cheese was gooey and pulled nicely. Sauce was nicely balanced with the right amount of sweet and acid. The staff was welcoming and the owner was present and involved. They had a nice mural being painted and you can tell they are putting a lot of love and care into this place. Definitely will be back.

Just what the description says: a family run business, super friendly, excellent NY style pizza, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
