Little Miller's Benson

Thank you for being here, serving in Anchorage!! Great ice cream I loved it!! Took my three kids here and we had to pull over to enjoy every lick of our regular cones! They were huge and we only ordered a small!! We will return and try all the flavors, sizes, and some coffee!! Service was great too! Good people working here makes it easier to want to return! So thank you for all around fantastic experience.

I ordered a Affogato. An Affogato, is a “simple Italian dessert of a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream "drowned" (affogato) with a shot of hot espresso,” What I was given was a thin layer of coffee sandwiched between ice cream that froze it solid. (See the Dairy Queen like product in the picture.) Even worse, the “service” was awful. The young woman who gave off strong, “This is not my business, I dont really care” vibes acted like she was doing me a favor for showing up… insistent, agitated, and clearly had better things to do. I would say the place needs immediate improvement, but I’ll pass because I won’t ever be visiting them again.

First and last time cause if i go back I'll get addicted. 😭😭smoothie BOMB i had the mixed berry one and the raspberry ice-cream is just a awesome looking and awesome tasting soft serve that i literally almost turned around to get more. All and all I'll be coming back in the summer so I'll have a good excuse enjoy their stuff again. Lady that took care of my order was super nice and patient given ive never been there and i didn't know what to order💀

Usually little millers locations are good. I went during the morning around 8am and was attended immediately. This part was awesome, however, I proceeded to wait 12 minutes before the barista came and told me they didn’t have the flavor of syrup I wanted. Then I had to wait another eight minutes for her to make the coffee. When I got the coffee it was bitter, watery, (I ordered a mocha with flavored syrup) and did not have any mocha taste like you normally get from a little millers coffee. I am not sure if she is new or just an off day, but it was really disheartening having to wait around 20 minutes for a bad coffee that cost 6.50 and that wasn’t the flavor you originally wanted. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this location again.

They have the sweetest staff. Our orders are always so amazing. You can tell the work that gets put into every order. As Anchorage residents, we are happy to finally have you guys here. It’s the only place I’ll go for ice cream now! You’re the best!
