Little Ochi

Worst jerk chicken I ever had It was brown, looked like stewed chicken but when you taste it you can taste the hotness of jerk. Was not very flavorful. The rice and peas was good. Mac n cheese for my grandson who’s 2 yrs old, he refused to eat it. It was mushy, just over cooked pasta. I also purchased a piece of chocolate cake. It was a good size slice but it was not fresh. It was crummy. Took a bite and it was hard to swallow because it was so dry, it actually made me cough. Saved it to take it back to them if I get time to do so. Customer service was nice.

If I could give this place a -0 I would. I don’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. That’s how bad it is. If you don’t want to waste your money and time DO NOT go here. This is a $20 meal that looks like a $10 meal. Cabbage is disgusting. It has no time of flavor. I also ordered cornbread. I paid for it and they didn’t even tell me they didn’t had and still got charged for it. I called them to tell my frustration and they did not care.

I decided to give them a try, I had several choices. I chose them. I’m pissed. I asked them “Do you have rasta pasta??) they said YES. I ordered chicken Rasta Pasta and they gave me this nonsense. And no it’s not good. I’m so hurt. I drove all the way from Belleville for this. I really wanted Rasta Pasta. This ain’t it.

I think they have a new cook, and I mean that in the best way! Rasta pasta was good, not dry. Macaroni and cheese and yams always are tasty.

Good food. Generous minis. Even a lot more flexible than other restaurants in the area. Flavorful. Counterman Michael is always a kind spirit and that's the energy you want over your food. The 2 things I am not a fan of is that most of the time over the couple of years I've walked in that if there's no one ordering - the front is unattended. And wherever service is to be provided, someone should always man the desk. And low quality television over the food. No bueno. Otherwise Ochi rocks ✌
