CASH ONLY. Pats has old school charm with booths and laminate menus. Their prices are old school too! Two people can eat for $30!! The service was great. Mostly older folks dining. Ok yes, food was mediocre, sort of your run of the mill brunch stuff. Great fries!! But my Reuben was dry, lacking in the sandwiches signature succulence. The chicken fried steak didn’t stand out flavor wise but was cooked well. Remeber, Cash only, nearest atm is at the AM/PM across the street.
I have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last 2 days. I found it yesterday and went back today. 50 + years at this location with the same owners. A family owned and ran business. Alex my waitress was superb. Her smile and friendly personality was 5 star all the way. The owner and her sister were there as well making sure everyone was well taken care of. My coffee cup was never empty. The food both days was amazing. And it came out so fast you would almost think they knew what you wanted and started it before you got there. When I'm in that area of Seattle, I will stop in every time until I have tried every item on the breakfast menu. It was a world class experience in a warm and inviting mom and pop style restaurant. The prices were quite a bit less expensive then other similar resta
Servers are attentive, classic diner vibes, great price, bring cash, I found this place after pancake chef closed. Love it.

That’s how I discovered Little Pat’s Place. It’s a cash-only establishment, likely to keep prices down by avoiding card fees. When I visited in August 2024, the lack of signage made it a bit difficult to find, but once inside, I found a cozy, if somewhat dated, atmosphere. Most of the time, just two servers usually work, though they bring in an extra hand when it gets busy. Despite the old-school decor, the food is well-prepared. The French fries were a standout—crispy and perfectly seasoned, some of the best I’ve had in a while. I also tried a homemade soup, which was a bit on the salty side but still satisfying. While the
The food was nothing special -- mediocre; more like Denny's fare . . . and the coffee was weak. It was a frosty January morning and the temperature inside the restaurant was cold so I had to eat while wearing my coat. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive. The restroom was filthy so avoid it if you can. I won't be returning.
