Was at the grocery store and met the owner. He invited me and my girlfriend to try his shop and let me tell you, it was amazing. From the service to the drink itself. He even gave me the nutrition facts off the top of his head when I asked even tho they were busy. I got the banana nut bread wow shake and my gf got the strawberry banana. The banana nut was nothing short of perfect and the strawberry banana was ok. Flavor wasn’t bad just not on point but overall I will be going back every chance I get.

So delicious! I got the white chocolate snickers protein shake it was sooo good. I also tried their protein cake pops so low calorie and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try their teas next. The staff was so friendly & knew a lot about the menu too!

Got the thickest, most delicious blueberry shake at Live Nutrition—like dessert and a hug in a cup. I came in with a laundry list of “can you add this, but not that,” and Ernest didn’t even blink. Super kind, super patient, and somehow made my chaos taste amazing. Highly recommend Live, especially if you need that morning pick-me-up that hits harder than your alarm clock.

Perfect way to start my morning!! The owners were so welcoming and friendly. Since it was my first time there, they helped me pick out a flavor that was exactly what I wanted! We landed on a Wonder Woman tea. I can’t wait to come back!! They know how to make loyal customers.
