I was extremely pleased with the service I received today. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient. My document was ready in less than five minutes. I honestly don’t think the service could have been any better.

I had the opposite experience of most here... Went in (terrified) thinking they would be rude and unhelpful, but they were very kind, and the full time it took for me to get a birth certificate after walking in the door was maybe 5 minutes. I had a mix-up with my paperwork too, and the lady who helped me was nice in explaining what I needed to know.

Very rude, they hear the door open and don’t pick their head up to acknowledge anyone. Then if systems are down they don’t care , the one woman was just rude , condescending like I was wasting her time while she was playing on her phone not realizing the inconvenience your systems are causing , they should be empathetic. I understand that this is not a customer service job, but have some interpersonal skills and be polite ,and if not then don’t work where you need to interact with the public .

The customer service isn't great. I've been trying to make an appointment to make a correction to a record, but no one answers the phone and you won't receive a call back.

I had a great experience at the office today. Staff was very friendly and prompt to assist me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you!
