L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

The service was good and the food came out quick. The loco moco I got was good and the grilled fish salad was good as well. Very clean environment and chill atmosphere.

I enjoy Hawaiian bbq food. Was excited to find this location from my new job. Unfortunately I had a bad experience beginning with Christopher's demeanor, was talking to other employees and ignored my presence. Finally took my order and I asked for an extra fork he grabbed it after handling money. BTW , I didn't have my eyeglases he proceeded to add a 20% tip. This is unacceptable for OSHA. He then took a lengthy call ignoring 5 customers. My food was getting cold , chicken too dry and chewy, coleslaw wasn't fresh or crisp as it should. I had asked for a cup of water and received a small plastic cup, while another customer asked for the same , chris handed him a regular cup. Definitely felt unwelcome. Dissapointed overall , I'll just support other businesses.

I came in yesterday and paid for overpriced food. The plate I had had zero taste. The guy that took my order seemed uninterested and not really professional. Huge let down.

The food is always good as these restaurants. But the fact that they’ll charge you and ask for a tip immediately after is not something that I ever thought was going to be an issue for me. I tip for service but when all you did was take my order and ask for a tip…nah I’m good. Cashier rolled their eyes and handed me my receipt. And I watched and waited as 4 others behind me with similar orders got their food first. P.S. I didn’t tip and if that’s the reason why I got my good last I’ll continue to not tip for fast food. Insane!

Not sure about tipping but I agree. Tip for fast food? Nope. I got my food on time and order the Hawaiian Bnq chicken bowl. Crispy vegetables, hot grilled and flavorful chicken with white rice. I added the hot sauce packet and teriyaki sauce for a little added punch. Yummy. Since there are plenty of people who complain about food for whatever reason, if the meal was good, Inlet them know. “My food was great”
