L&L Pizza & Pasta New York Style

This is not New York styled pizza, it’s just average pizza. The sauce is very bland and very acidic. The only thing that was good was the deep dish because it had a thick crust. The garlic knots lacked flavor and had very little garlic on them. While ordering food to go, the person at the register was not was attentive and did not have any answers to the questions I had, such as a difference between a chicken roll and a pinwheel. I wouldn’t come back here again and I don’t understand what all the hype is about.

Very good pizza place! The staff was very friendly and the food was made exactly how we ordered it! I recommend the pan pizza, as they have a unique style. The pan pizza is crustless and not as thick as a normal pan pizza. I would go just to try that. They have other styles as well but the pan really stood out! Not sure if the picture does it justice. Interestingly enough it also reheated very well and was just as good the next day!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering a full dinner, you can always count on L & L for quality and consistency. Everything Is Full Of Flavor, and there Is something on the menu for everyone. Definitely a Metuchen gem!

The food was so fresh and tasty! The Margherita pizza and the craft sodas were so good! It gives you pizzeria vibes just off the street of NYC! The staff was great and handled the busy Tuesday night great!

It is really NY style pizza… thin and chewy and enough cheese. Not too salty and just right. I love the plain cheese one always. Seating indoor and outdoor. And they have a bathroom. Nice and friendly staff. Parking on the street. No private lot. Excellent pizza. Better deal and taste than many NY places. Really cute place with other nice eateries.
