Loganville Health Department

I go for my WIC appointments with my toddler & they always make sure to have me in and out! Very friendly staff and they are great with kids! Our last visit, they gave us some pull ups and a book for him 🥰

The staff I've interacted with have all been very helpful and kind! The nurse answered all the questions I had and offered solutions to any issues or concerns. The place is clean and I have had very minimal wait times when there for visits. The only critique I will give is that I have had no luck getting anyone on the phone any time I've called. I have not left messages though, so I am uncertain of response in that case.

The front desk admin- Delyce was very helpful and attentive to me and my Nephew-Son. She helped resolve our issue in obtaining an updated shot record seamless. We appreciate her service! 🙂

When I went there it was a reasonable amount of time that you have to wait to get in and out and fill out the paperwork and the wait time. Also I had Mrs . Angie, she was helping me she was amazing . She had a lot of ownership and care about each person individually. She treated me like how she would treat herself. And her vibe was amazing, now I didn’t interact with other staff too put they seem nice as well.

Had some issues with getting the results back from Quest. But everyone at the center was really helpful and great! Not their fault the diagnostic center had issues. I saw Chesney and she was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Very happy that the Health Department was affordable, too. It made getting some of the tests for the Peace Corp easier for my wallet.
