Lola On the Grill

I was there last Saturday with my husband, Gilberto. Melissa, along with her husband, owns this location and several locations, including Mariscos on Castle hill Ave., which is also five star quality.. I wanna say that the food I ordered here was top-notch top-notch. Melissa even gave up the table. She was at for me to sit there because I came in with a walker and the dish that I ordered she said that was her favorite dish. Let me tell you the steak and onions were so tender, juicy with flavor it was seasoned very well. I had the fried plantains delicious especially that garlic sauce. I also had the white rice something about that white rice put me in a trance. That night, her husband was getting in a board and she recommended me the kids the corn pudding, but I was so full from the food.

Everything was on point from start to finish. The food was really good with big, satisfying portions that definitely hit the spot. Our server, Jusenia, made us feel truly welcome and took great care of us throughout the meal. Her warm service made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic visit great food, great service, and a place I’d definitely recommend and return to. Don’t let the previous reviews dictate your choice to visit give them a try. I’m glad I did.

We catered our Christmas Eve dinner from Lola’s and everything was really good. We ordered pernil, pepper chicken, yellow rice, sweet plantains, green salad, and lasagna—every dish was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. The food arrived hot, packaged well, and right on time, and delivery was included which made things super easy. This isn’t our first time using them for catering, and even though we noticed it’s under new management and were a little nervous, there was nothing to worry about. Everything tasted great as always. We’d definitely order from them again.

Wow. Came to this restaurant and was NOT disappointed. Best Mofongo in the world and oh my god even the rice and beans were so good. The seating area was so cute and our server was so nice. I highly recommend and I will 10000% be returning

This restaurant is great. The food is tasty, the service is excellent and the customer service is amazing. Jessica helped me tremendously and she was very helpful putting my order together. Will highly recommend
