Lolita's Delights - Mexican Food Truck

Such a wonderful business. We are here on vacation and this was the perfect place for lunch. My kids had the pizza biria and asked for seconds. My husband and I had the Quesabirria and we are just so happyz if you are in town try them. The owner was so kind and awesome.

The lady that made the food was so nice and welcoming !!! She was very polite! God bless her and the business for their wonderful food ! Right on point with the quesadilla I order !! Well prepared and good ! I love local business with their uniqueness ! Portions were great

Not the best birria I've had. It was entirely too oily, the consumme was all oil, actually. They made it right as I ordered it, but somehow it was soggy. The flavor could be better...it was kinda bland. It's not the worst I've ever had, but still cannot hold a candle to Iguana Azul in Waynesboro or La Chiapaneca in Culpeper.

Delicious food that makes us keep coming back! Amazing birria entrees. Generous with consomme, sauces, lime, etc..

I have been dying to try this food truck since it opened! The steak burrito and quesadilla al pastor were sooo good - generous portions and quality ingredients. I can’t wait to go back!
