When you walk in and the seats are still that original looking blue plastic seating it just brings back the Nostalgia lol. The breading on the fried shrimp and chicken must be just out of the fryer fresh and is really good. But not even once every 3 or 4 months is good for you I crave it every now and then what is a very rare occasion to have it. Don't worry we'll be back at some point

The owner of this store really needs to pull it together. They don't take any pride in their location. If their are more than 4 customers in the store dont even bother waiting because they cant handle that many people. I loved the food here but recently the staff has been proven to be incompetent. The only thing I can say positive is they are at least better than the butler location. Please start paying your workers fair wage so they can actually do the required tasks.

If you are following me for whatever reason, you'll have noticed that I have reviewed several LJS /A&Ws and this has to be the cleanest location I have visited. The crew working the restaurant were friendly and also gave us realistic wait times for our food, as I had ordered the corn dogs, which are made to order. Kudos to the team for such a positive experience!!!! One of the nicest franchises I've seen so far, but the same dead-eye family mural haunts me. Forgot to take a pic of the food because we took it to go, but we had a pleasant meal.

The service always sucks at the Rochester Location. It’s been that way my entire life to be honest. LJS is a (shameful) guilty pleasure of mine or I wouldn’t ever come. I don’t even know how they are still in business. One time I brought my two kids and we ate inside, the guys were nice but they gave us a bunch of free food (I’m not complaining) but in actual awe that this happens. I am only writing this because I have time, I’ve been sitting the the drive thru for 25 minutes. There is no car in front of me, one bc at in the parking lot, and I order a single A1 meal with a Pepsi.

I love that this location is original and hasn't changed. The food is usually good from here, other than sometimes not being very freshly cooked. The staff is not rude, but they are not pleasant either. I am usually not greeted at all when I go here or ever told "Thank you", which I am ok with but I don't think that is good business practice. The staff looked stressed out and maybe this place needs more people on a shift. I am unsure. I worked at 2 fast food places when I was younger and was it my favorite job? No.....but I worked with pride and to the best of my ability to make $5 an hour. Maybe that's a thing of the past, but I hope things turn around one day. Nonetheless, I do enjoy going here and their chicken, fish and fries are just as good as I've always remembered.
